These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jillie platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers. By using jillie, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

jillie accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the Platform and may be subject to change.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawal processing times for GCash and PayMaya are targeted at fifteen (15) minutes, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider infrastructure. jillie does not guarantee specific processing times.

Bonuses credited to your account may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable turnover requirements before any derived winnings become withdrawable. jillie reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or violation of these Terms is identified.

In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the game in question.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if jillie has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jillie's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the jillie Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jillie's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court. Regulatory disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed operations may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

In the event of a formal dispute regarding game outcomes or account balances, jillie will conduct an internal review within seven (7) business days of the complaint being lodged in writing. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing jillie's operations.
