jillie Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored by jillie ("jillie," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the jillie online gaming platform at jillie.asia and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). jillie is the data controller for personal data processed under this Policy.

By registering an account on jillie, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. This Policy is incorporated by reference into jillie's Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

jillie collects the following categories of personal data from registered players and Platform visitors:

• Gaming Data: Game activity logs, bet history, win/loss records, bonus usage, session duration, and responsible gaming tool settings;
• Technical Data: IP address, device identifier, browser type and version, operating system, geographic location (country/city level), and Platform access timestamps;
• Communications Data: Records of your interactions with jillie customer support, including emails, chat transcripts, and support tickets.

jillie processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To create, verify, and maintain your jillie account, including KYC identity verification as required by PAGCOR;
• To process deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank;
• To deliver gaming services, manage bonuses and promotions, and provide customer support;
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);

jillie processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil the jillie account agreement and deliver gaming services;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and tax reporting obligations;
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming enforcement;

jillie does not sell personal data to third parties. jillie may share personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

jillie retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of ten (10) years as required by law. Communications data is retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, registered jillie players have the following rights in relation to their personal data:

• Right to be informed: The right to know what data jillie holds about you and how it is used (this Policy fulfils that obligation);
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of personal data jillie holds about you;
• Right to rectification: The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention obligations;

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to [email protected]. jillie will respond within thirty (30) days. Where requests are complex or numerous, jillie may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days with prior notice.

jillie implements technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data fields, access controls and authentication requirements for internal systems, regular security assessments, and staff training on data handling obligations.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords for their jillie account and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

The jillie Platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21. jillie does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If jillie becomes aware that an account has been registered by an individual under the minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended and all personal data associated with it deleted, subject to any mandatory regulatory reporting obligations.

jillie reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in data practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform features. Material updates will be communicated to registered players via email at least seven (7) days before taking effect. The most current version of this Policy is always available at jillie.asia/privacy-policy. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
